Re: am new to bernal
Sat, February 17, 2007 - 8:15 AMMission Street is part of Bernal Heights so when you get a chance try out some of the great restaurants along the corridor. If you're looking for a post office, the Bernal Height's Station is on Tiffany Ave, between Mission St and San Jose Ave just off of 29th Street.
For coffee/tea on Mission Street try Nervous Dog Coffee at Mission and Kingston, just north of Cortland on the west side.
Muddy Waters is on the corner of Tiffany Ave. and 29th Street.
Goood Frikin Chickent at Mission and 29th has fantastic falafels and I hear that the chicken is excellent.
For Sushi try Shiso's and Yo's Sushi Club
Take a look at North West Bernal Alliance merchant's page for more ideas. www.northwestbernalalliance.org

Re: am new to bernal
Wed, February 28, 2007 - 12:53 PMFor good eating (if a bit hipster): Emmy's Spaghetti Shack on Virginia near Mission, and the Front Porch on 29th St between Mission and San Jose.
Chinese at Jasmine Tea House, and Thai at Dusit (Pad Thai is pretty good, too). All on Mission St.
