just so you are aware...

i have friends on Holly Park Circle who had their home broken into, fortunately while they were not home. the perpatrator kicked the door in and took a bunch of their stuff.

i also saw a sketch drawing of someone who broke into someone's home on Prospect street *while* someone was home... apparently was threatening and then proceeded to steal some stuff in front of the resident, and then took off.

i have just read this article on sfgate.com about people who are using Craigslist to rob people *at gunpoint*....

am I in L.A. or what?
