(Even for "the rocky area.") The 'hood is very concerned with a fire on Bernal Hill (which would be compounded by the densely packed wooden houses on narrow streets). So I wouldn't expect locales to be very understanding or look the other way, regardless of your intentions. Anyone knows? Also what is the official name for our big Bernal Hill? {I guess Bernal hill....}. The purpose of the fire is for little gathering with music, possibly for some tribal fire dancing...The Hill is a wonderful spot for creating something magical.. Thanks for any ideas, inputs..
